Why do baby shoes have to be so cute? Why do they draw your attention and make you want to endure the struggle to put them on your squirmy 7 month old. Why do they take a good ten minutes to put on and a quick second to be kicked right back off. Its some sort of game. Everyone warns you that you will lose sleep at night, change poopy diapers, take on more responsibility than you ever knew possible, but no one warns you about these cute little nuisances. So if I am ever late to lunch with you and he has these on his feet, forgive me and please compliment how cute he looks in his little shoes.
