White Christmas!

Well, we were dreaming of a white Christmas and it is definitely here!  We have had so much fun enjoying Ethans' first snow-filled Christmas!  Especially Ryan, he was going nuts over the weather coverage.

I know his heart belongs to meteorology!

In addition to the snow falling, we enjoyed watching Ethan get to open his Christmas presents!  He added a whole new meaning to Christmas and we feel so blessed to have him here!

The holidays are so much fun, but the only downside to this Blizzard of '09 is that my family from Kansas couldn't drive in.  We were supposed to host Christmas at our home and get the whole family together.  My little cousins were even going to stay the weekend and drive back on Sunday.  Everything was cancelled due to the crummy streets.  Better to be safe, right?  I just missed seeing my Grandpa and Uncle and their familly!  On the upside, we continued with Christmas over at my parents where we enjoyed the turkey, gravy, stuffing, potatoes, green beans, grandma's potatoes, salad and homemade pumpkin pie!  We couldn't let all of the Christmas dinner go to waste!

Now we are enjoying leftovers and relaxing on the couch enjoying the snow!
